When you inquire you'll be asked to fill out a short but informative questionnaire that helps us determine the general scope of what you need. If we think it's a good fit we'll schedule you for a 30-minute pre-booking consultation so we can go over your project in more depth. If we think it's something we can best accomplish with a Design Day Intensive then we'll proceed with making a plan and getting you on the books!
We do offer half-days on a case by case basis. It will largely depend on the scope of your project and whether or not we think we can accomplish it in a 4 hour time block. If we think a half-day will be sufficient for your needs we're happy to recommend that on our call as well.
We cannot do full template customizations, full branding projects, copywriting, custom website designs. Pretty much anything else is fair game! If you don't see something you're specifically wanting go ahead and apply and we'll let you know if it can be done or not.
Absolutely! We're happy to offer additional support at our hourly rate within a 7 day window of your Design Day. We also offer the option to add-on a half-day with a 20% discount in order to complete anything else we weren't able to complete.
Once we've had our consultation our team will put together a to-do list and shared drive for you to upload all of the content we will need to complete your project. We'll also ask you to prioritize your to-do list so we can make sure we work on your top items first.
Yes! We do ask that you be available for quick communication throughout your Design Day to approve designs and answer any questions that may come up. The quicker you respond the quicker we can move down your list so we can accomplish as much as possible. We'll provide multiple ways to communicate so it's convenient for you.
